Bankruptcy malpractice suit filed against Christopher Barclay and Jesse Finalyson

The $50 million complaint asserts nine causes of action including fraud, ultra vires acts, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, and abuse of process, alleging defendants knowingly concealed dispositive legal defects and coordinated with adverse parties to procure court orders based on fabricated authority.
